As you enter this historical Santa Monica home, you’ll find an inviting space with a decorative brick fireplace to your left. The sitting room is on your right, framed with built-in cabinetry and a pale blue sofa. Upstairs, there’s the master bedroom (which has a king-size bed and a contemporary ensuite), along with an open office space.

Back downstairs, the kitchen forms the heart of this home, with a chaise lounge and a breakfast bar. A bathroom and the second bedroom lie off the kitchen area, and glass-panelled doors swing out to the deck. There’s a farmhouse table and barbeque here, and stairs lead down to the garden below. A hot tub and an outdoor shower make it an inviting prospect.

* The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

* Please note that the central heating and air conditioning in this home only works on the ground floor. If you'd like us to bring fans or space heaters for your stay, please let us know.

* Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the master bedroom has been updated with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom now has a queen bed.

* Since the onefinestay photoshoot, there is no longer a bathtub in the master ensuite. The 2nd bathroom shower curtain has been removed and can be used as a bathtub only.

* There is a sofabed in the office which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

* There is space for two vehicles in the driveway of this home.

* This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
